Amenity Center Reservation Application

Please complete all of the information requested below. Remember that use of the amenities is not final until the security deposit is received and the office provides you with written confirmation. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

PLEASE NOTE: All rental applications must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Homeowners may only reserve a section of the open-air clubhouse areas and not the entire amenity center.

This Amenity Center Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day between the Community Development District, a special-purpose unit of local government organized pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes (the “District”) and the Renter listed below (the “Renter”).

Event Information

The District owns and operates the Amenity Center Areas, including but not limited to the landing areas, covered patio areas at the pool, and the cabanas at the pool. All reservations at the pool require a (up to $100.00 per area reserved) refundable security deposit (subject to post-event inspection). Rental Policy for Duration of Events

Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, unless otherwise authorized by the District, each rental shall be for a minimum of two (2) hours but no more than four (4) hours.

Event Details

Pursuant to the District's facility rental policies, additional liability insurance may be required for events that the District determines in its sole discretion should require additional liability insurance (i.e. bounce houses, food trucks, personal training/group exercises, etc).

Renter's Consent to Facility Rental Policies

By submitting this rental agreement, I agree to take full responsibility for the care and cleaning of the amenity center and its contents for the date and time noted on this agreement. I understand that I am financially responsible for the replacement of any District property damage or losses during the time of my event and/or as a result of my event. I understand and agree that the District is not liable for any injuries that occur either inside the amenity center or on any common property during my event. I understand that I, or an immediate (adult) family member, must be in attendance at all times of any reserved function.
