The pool is open for residents of the community from dawn to dusk. The Park Creek Community Development District Board of Supervisors approved installing a new access card system, which will replace the current pin code system. Staff will be onsite to hand out access cards every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All residents will need to complete a new access card registration form at the time they are issued their new cards. This will help ensure we have all up to date information for residents.
Residents that are homeowners will need to provide staff with a current driver's license and then staff will use the County's tax roll to confirm the information. Residents that are leasing will need to provide staff with an up to date driver's license and a copy of their current lease agreement.
Each resident household will receive two access cards at no cost. Additional or replacement cards can be purchased for $25 per access card.
